salad and bread from Firehouse
cupcake chocolate chips

soda
teriyaki chicken roll-up
Exercise: 1hour aerobic

Monday, Oct. 27

I didn't want to record what I ate today or over the weekend, because it was so bad. However, this health journal thing will not work if I am not completely honest with myself. Today I'm going to write my goals for the week and then record my diet no matter what.
1. No sweets until Friday, then only a couple for Halloween.
2. Only one soda.
3. Focus on fruits and veggies.
4. 64oz of water

Exerices today one hour of weights with a bit of cardio. Walked to Rowes.
Feel crappy because I ate to much sugar, tired, headache

bean burrito and chips and salsa
9 salt water taffy
popcorn

chocolate chips
dinner at blackstone=green salad with blue cheese, 1 roll, chicken and veggies, apple pie
